HYPRO Piston Pump Replacements<\/p>\n

Hypro Corporation\u2019s Twin\u00ae piston and plunger pumps are used in a variety of spraying and pressure cleaning applications, as well as hydrostatic testing. These heavy-duty pumps are ideal for fluid handling of water and nonabrasive or general use chemicals. All pumps are constructed from cast iron materials. They feature stainless steel valves and ball bearing, leather or fabric-reinforced Buna-N or straight Buna-N cups. You can choose from a variety of drive systems to include: belt and pulley, 540 rpm PTO, gasoline engine or electric motor. These pumps are available in a variety of flow and pressure ranges up to a maximum of 10 gpm and 1000 psi, with maximum fluid temperatures of 140\u00b0F (piston pumps) and 180\u00b0F (plunger pumps).<\/p>\n

Agricultural ROLLER Pump Models available:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hypro roller pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial spraying and transfer of a variety fluids. These include insecticides, herbicides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and many other liquids. The economical rotary-action roller principle requires no check valves while providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps. Construction features include a cast-iron, Ni-Resist or the new SilverCast\u2122 body and rotor, 416 stainless steel shaft, sealed factory-lubricated ball bearings, cartridge-type lip seals of Viton, Buna-N or leather, and versatile Super Rollers. (Super Rollers feature the life of polypropylene and the chemical resistance of nylon.) Rotation for all models is counterclockwise for easy tractor PTO drive, except models 4001 and 4101 which are clockwise. Pumps are available in reverse rotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New HYPRO Diaphragm Pumps<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diaphragm pumps are the most complete line of pumps available for spraying and pumping of herbicides, pesticides, liquid fertilizers and hard-to-handle fluids! Hypro offers a wide range of flows and pressures for slurries and suspensions. Pressures for row crop to treetop spraying applications range from 20 to 725 psi (1.4 to 50 bar) with flow rates from 3.5 to 66 gpm (13.2 to 249.8 lpm).<\/h5>\n
Low-cost maintenance and almost wear-free operation result from Hypro\u2019s oil-bath design, premium quality, synthetic diaphragms for longer life, self-priming operation and visual, oil-level sight glass. These models can handle fluids up to 140\u00b0F (60\u00b0C) and can be run dry.
