The industrial rated 16 HP Vanguard twin-cylinder electric-start engine provides power to the pump and 12 VCD burner. Big 20 amp charging circuit. The stainless steel wrapped 1/2″ SCH 80 coil heats the water up to 225F. You will experience extended run times with the large 7.5 gallon gas and diesel tanks. An industrial rated belt-drive pump turns at lower RPM resulting in a cooler running and longer lasting pump compared to one that is direct drive. The machine is complete with gun/wand, 50′ high pressure hose, quick connect nozzles, high limit switch, pressure relief valve, burst disc and flow sensitive unloader. Requires group U1 235 CCA battery, not included.

The SH Series is a highly portable machine with a small footprint, ideal for use where electric power is not available. The industry trusted electric start 6.5 Briggs & Stratton engine provides power to the Comet pump and thermostatically controlled 12 VDC BEckette burner. The engine has a 20 Amp charging circuit. A down-stream injector gives the user hot soap control from the gun. The stainless steel wrapped 1/2″ SCH 80 steel coil heats the water up to 250F. You will experience extended burner run time with the larger 7.5 gallon diesel tank. The rugged powder coated frame has a lift point, integrated hose hooks and a big pneumatic wheel kit included for portability. The machine is complete with gun/wand, 50′ high pressure hose, quick connect nozzles, down-stream injector and adjustable thermostat. Requires group 24 550 CCA battery, not included.

This trailer is equipped with the SK30005VH Hot Mobile Wash Skid machine. The 12 gauge powder coated frame includes a 185 gallon seamless polyethylene tank with garden hose fitting and a 3/4″ 80 micron filter. Includes Class II, 3500 lb rated 2″ ball hitch. The 3700 lb torsion axle provides a smooth ride and up to 300% more wheel travel than a conventional spring axle. A swing-up jack and large swivel caster wheel makes moving it easy when not coupled to a tow vehicle. The recessed rubber mounted tail lights are tucked away from damage.
