Hydro Tek RZV10E1 Filtration System 8.0 GPM
Protecting the environment from wash water runoff and complying with governmental storm drain regulations is simple, economical and effective with the Hydro Tek RZV10E1 Filtration System. The Hydro Tek RZV10E1 Filtration System vacuum recovery and filtration system provides 7 stages of filtration with up to 12gpm continuous five micron processing of wastewater where soaps and other chemicals are not used.
Wastewater is recovered through a vacuum scupper of the Hydro Tek RZV10E1 Filtration System to eliminate run-off. Recycled water is pumped back to your bulk water tank for reuse to power wash concrete or other flatwork or diverted to landscaping or sewer as permitted. Heavy solids are collected in the V-section of the tank and are easily removed through a quick purge dump valve.
A perfect tool for recycle / reuse on large amounts of flatwork. Complete with oil skimmer bag, quick dump / solids drain & a filter service indicator gauge. The Hydro Tek RZV10E1 Filtration System unit can interface with our ANTV3 vac twister resulting in a closed-loop system. Includes 50′ x 2″ Vacuum hose, scupper and containment berms. Water is vacuumed-up and filtered through 7 stages to 5 micron and returned to the customers storage tank for reuse. Rated for 8.0 GPM / 104 CFM and 91″ lift. Power Requirements: 3500W generator or 120 VAC/15A outlet.

This is a compact, direct drive (1750 RPM) motorized CAT Pump 1XP200.071 Series portable extractor pump unit used in portable extractors, electric truck mounts, misting, hydrostatic testing, and wash down applications. It is constructed of a plated aluminum crankcase body, 304 stainless steel valve assemblies, solid ceramic plungers, special blend fluorocarbon seals and o-rings. Pump features a patented grease-less design, 100% sealed wet end and keyed shaft so pump can operate clock-wise or counterclockwise rotation.
