Spotlight on the ST-261-I UNLOADER W/INJECTOR 2.4mm.

The ST-261-I UNLOADER Features:

  • Internal bypass valve can be easily accessed and repaired without removing unloader from unit
  • True to Suttner design tradition, valve is cartridge type and installed in minutes
  • Pressure adjustment knob on the ST-261-I UNLOADER can be removed if desired

ST-261-I UNLOADER

The ST-261-I UNLOADER has the following specifications:

  • Downstream injection at 10:1 ratio
  • Low pressure limit setting eliminates need of additional metering devices
  • Relies on pressure loss through a restrictive orifice, which is built-in on the ST-261. Restriction AFTER the orifice must be minimized in order for injection to occur. Therefore, this system must incorporate a large orifice spray nozzle which reduces such restriction. The usage of a nozzle with a minimum orifice size of 30.0 is recommended. A smaller nozzle could be used, but the added restriction may result in ineffective suction rates or no suction at all. In addition, remember that elbows, fittings, and even hose add to the restriction within the system and may affect or eliminate the suction capabilities
  • Pressure Range: Up to 3650 PSI
  • Flow Range: 3.35 GPM to 5.0 GPM
  • Temperature: 176 F
  • Inlet: 3/8″ FPT
  • Outlet: 3/8″ FPT
  • Bypass: 1/4″ FPT
  • Gauge Port: 1/4″ FPT

The Hannay Industrial Hose Reels C1500 Series – C1530-17-18 Features:

  • The Hannay Industrial Hose Reels C1500 Series – C1530-17-18 are designed for storage of long lengths of hose, cable, rope, wire or other materials.
  • A 1-1/8″ x 2-3/8″ (28 mm x 60 mm) opening in the drum to initiate winding.
  • Direct crank rewind, permanently attached. Removable crank option is available. Also available chain and sprocket rewind powered by electric, compressed air, or hydraulic motor.
  • The Hannay Industrial Hose Reels C1500 Series – C1530-17-18 are Supplied with cam lock brake on manual rewind models only.
  • Optional divider discs can be placed at almost any point. Be sure to specify spacing of discs on your order.
  • Rollers may be purchased as accessory items.
