The 31775 valve repair kit is made for the following CAT Pumps: 1540,1540E and 1540EC. If you are trying to repair any of these CAT Pumps you will need two of this 31755 repair kit. This kit has solid stainless steel spacers as well and the best made rubberized o-rings, giving your superior leakage protection as well as longer life than those repair kits that use plastic for the material in their spacers. This 2SFX30GZ pump from CAT Pumps is for the pressure washer that requires a 3 gallon per minute flow rate with a 2500 maximum PSI. The 2SFX30GZ is a direct drive replacement pump that spins at 3450 RPM. This pump will mount to either a gasoline or electric motorized engine with the correct mounting kit available from CAT. The unit comes with its 7625 unloader and by pass hose already installed on the unit, making this truly a bolt and go style of pump. The brass head, strudy body and all of the stainless steel and state of the art rubber internal elements of this pump have been tested and re-tested to guarantee the longevity of this replacement unit for your pressure washer.

This plunger style pressure washer pump, the 5CP5120 from CAT Pumps is one of the more commonly used units on pressure washers today that require a strong flow and pressure rating. Its 5 gallon per minute or 19 liters per minute flow rate make it one of the fastest pumps used in today’s cleaning industry. The 5CP5120 has a pressure rating from 100 to a maximum of 3000 PSI or 7 to 120 BAR. This pump has one of the fastest RPM in the industry with a top speed of 1415. With all this power, it’s amazing that the pump itself only weights in at a slim 19.9 pounds or 9 kilograms. It just goes to show you that powerful doesn’t always have to mean huge and heavy. This pump will stand up to years of use and abuse even in the worst of situations. It’s why CAT Pumps are sought after by pressure washer manufacturers.

Here are some other features of the 5CP5120 CAT Pump:

If you add a gear box the dimensions become 10.5 x 12.4 x 6.4” (267 x 315 x 162mm).
The 5CP5120 has an inlet pressure range of -2.5 to 60 psi or -.2 to 4 bar.
A 17 oz. or 0.51 L. crankcase oil capacity is one of the largest on this style of pump.
The two inlet and two discharge ports measure 1/2” NPTF and 3/8” NPTF respectively.

This pump is great for higher temperatures, it has a maximum temperature range of 160°F or 71°C. As with most CAT Pumps it’s best to check with CAT should your temperatures routinely go over 130°F. It connects to your pressure washer via a 0.787” or 20 mm shaft diameter. The stroke and bore on this 5CP512 measure 0.709” (18 mm).
