This is a quick write up on the AR1828 valve kit, one of the more commonplace repair kits offered by Annovi Reverberi to the owners of their pressure washer pumps.  This repair kit comes complete with everything you need to fix the valve end of your pump.  The AR1828 kit is most commonly used if you have either a RRV, RKV or XR series of AR pump.  However, you should check the repair parts breakdown for your specific AR pump to be sure.

The AR1828 comes with the following part numbers as a set:

  • A quantity of 6 of the complete valve assembly which is part number AR889052 on your breakdown.
  • 6 o-rings for the valves which have a part number of AR880830 on your AR Pump breakdown.

Most common repairs on General made pressure washer pumps are for leaks.  The K97 repair kit, sometimes called the kit 97 is one of the easiest fixes for this type of issue.  So chances are if your pump is leaking water or chemical while it pumps, you will want to see if the packings need replacing and if they do a K97 repair kit is probably your best choice.

The General Pumps K97 Kit comes with the following items:

  • Enough of part number 51.1000.51 the head ring to service 3 cylinders.
  • All you will need of part number 90.3835.00 a standard o-ring.
  • Part number  90.3604.00 another o-ring you will need to repair your packings.
  • Total you will need to fix at maximum three cylinders of part number 90.2620.00 the packings.
