large capacity hose reels are supplied in a geared hand crank for easy
manual rewinding or with motorized rewind.
QUALITY
FEATURES:
- Discs: Heavy
gauge steel with rolled edges to add strength and eliminate hose
damage.
- Back
Bearing: Self-aligning bearing supports the drum assembly and locks the
axle in place.

- The Rods:
Steel tie rods reinforced with pipe spacers add strength and rigidity to
the drum assembly.

Assembly: Provides adjustable friction to brake or lock the reel.
- Rewind
Motor: Electric rewind motor shown. Compressed air or hydraulic motors
also available.
- Swivel
Joint: 1" is female N.P.T. 90 degree; 1 1/2" is female N.P.T.
straight.
- Ring and
Bevel Gears: Made of non-sparking brass & aluminum alloy. Available
as an auxiliary rewind on power rewind reels and standard on all geared
crank models.
- Front
Bearing: Bronze oil lite
- Rewind
Mechanism: Positive chain drive on all power rewind reels.
- Axle/Riser
Assembly: Provides full flow through the internal plumbing.
