The TS2021 is a replacement triplex series 47 pressure washer pump from General Pumps.  Like all of the series 47 pumps from General it comes with the standard power an precision one expects from a pump of this size.  The TS2021 has a maximum PSI of 3500 with a flow rate of 5.6 gallons per minute. The General Pump TS1511 T Series Pressure Washer Pump comes with an industry exclusive lifetime warranty on the manifold which is made of strong forged brass.  The pump has one of the largest crankcases with a 40.6 oz capacity and is made of anodized die cast aluminum.  This pump from General pumps also has completely solid  ceramic plungers that are constantly being lubricated by the TS1511 pumps packings.

Oil consumption and break in period for a new TS1511 Pump from General Pumps:

You will need to fill the oil crankcase after unpacking and installing this pump to the oil gauge indicator DOT found on the oil gauge window with a non-detergent SAE 30 weight oil.  Then after about 40 hours of you using the pump you will need to drain the oil from the pump and refill with new oil of the same specifications above.  After this initial 1st time period you shouldn’t have to redo the oil until either 500 hours of use or 3 months have passed.
