The 8090-802-270 is a diaphragm pump from Hypro Pumps that is used for replacing a non working pump that has a 30 maximum PSI rating, at 180 degrees working temperature maximum.

This 8090-802-270 unit is self priming and weights in at only 4.7 pounds.  It’s typical use is for soil extraction and has an rating of 80 PSI in bypass mode.

This post is for the 5315C-X which is made from Hypro Pumps and is in there 5300 series of pressure pumps for sprayers.  This assembly is designed for long life and will get your sprayer up and running fast.

The 5315C-X pump is rated for sprayers that need a flow rate of 1.5 gallons per minute and a maximum pressure of 500 PSI.  It is also recommended for units that spin at no more that 1800 RPM.

Hypro Pumps – 7560C Roller Pump Series

The 7560C is a replacement pump from Hypro in their CI series of pumps.  This unit is built to replace any pump that requires a 22.5 gpm flow rate with a maximum pressure rating of 300PSI.

This 7560C is primarily used in the agricultural area of sprayers.  It’s built to with stand the harsh chemicals and pesticides that it pumps on to crops through industrial sprayers. This unit is also perfectly designed to handle other items from fertilizers to aromatic solvents.

Hypro Pumps – 8000-147-299, 8000 SERIES MPU 12V Pump.

Here is a blog for the 8000-147-299 pump from Hypro Pumps.  This unit is in the 8000 series of MPU pumps and is quickly becoming one of the standards used for chemical spraying and other environments where standing up to chemicals is vital.

The 8000-147-299 is rated at 1.4 gallons per minute with a flow rate of 65 PSI which is on the lower end of things, but this pump is used mostly to spray chemicals and therefore high pressure is not needed.

HYPRO 6500C-AR Roller Pumps are designed for agricultural and industrial spraying and transfer of a variety of fluids. These include insecticides, herbicides, emulsives, aromatic solvents, liquid fertilizers and many other liquids. The economical rotary-action roller principle requires no check valves while providing positive displacement characteristics with less friction and lower starting torque than other pumps.

Construction on the HYPRO 6500C-AR Roller Pump features include a cast-iron, Ni-Resist or the new SilverCast™ body and Super Rotor, 416 stainless steel shaft, sealed factory-lubricated ball bearings, cartridge-type lip seals of Viton, Buna-N or leather, and versatile Super Rollers. (Super Rollers feature the life of polypropylene and the chemical resistance of nylon.) Rotation for all models is counterclockwise for easy tractor PTO drive, except models 4001 and 4101 which are clockwise. Pumps are available in reverse rotation.
