  • – Support and Guides: Machined brass, 1-piece construction to assure proper plunger alignment, maximize packing and seal life.

  • Bearings: Angular contact ball bearing stabilizes the crankshaft and one thrust needle bearing absorbs the plunger load and assures long radial plate life. All of the thrust plates are made of heat treated hardened steel for extended life.
  • Crankcase: Precision die-cast, large cooling fins and anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Sight glass, fill and drain plugs.
  • Rear Cover: Precision die-cast, O-ring sealed. The housing retains the crankshaft bearing, oil seal and rear wobble plate bearing support washer.
  • Crankshaft/Wobble Plate: Precision die-cast to assure proper stroke, duration and alignment.
  • Oil Seals and O-rings: All are constructed of Buna-N rubber. The oil seals have stainless steel garder springs to assure constant tension on the sealing surface.
  • Oil Capacity: 4.5 oz.
  • Dyno Proven: All pumps are dyno tested to assure the theoretical design meets the actual design.
  • Valve Design: Each pump series has a valve design that optimizes its highest efficiency.
  • Wet End Repair: Very simple no special tools required.
  • Mounting Flanges: Gasoline SAE J609a flange. Refer to breakdown.
  • Design: Using advanced fluid handling design programs. Overall pump efficiency is increased.

 

The AR SJV2.5G27D-F7 pump is designed for medium duty loads. It spins at 3400 RPM in a direct drive system coupled with a gasoline engine, the matching flange provides convenient connections to most 3/4” shaft 3.5 – 6.5 HP engines. Optional vertical and horizontal setups. Precision die-cast crankcase with large cooling fins for maximum heat dissipation. Seals and V-Packings designed to continuously lubricate for extended life.  This SJV2.5G27D-F7 pump has a Built-in unloader to optimize performance while reducing setup time. Integral trap pressure with fixed or adjustable chemical injector.

This is the water seal and packing kit for the RSV series of Annovi Reverberi pressure washer pumps.   The AR2189 kit contains everything you need to repair the wet end of your pressure washer pump.  There are enough high pressure and low pressure seals  (also called packings) to repair or service up to 3 cylinders on your ar pump.

 

AR2189 water seal kit contains:

INTERCEPT™ is a special formulation that makes oily and greasy soils completely and permanently mix with water. Use through automatic floor scrubbing equipment, high pressure washers, mop & bucket, or simply wipe. INTERCEPT™ contains a blend of USDA approved patented ingredients that excels to remove wheel grease, transmission fluid, engine oils, rubber tire marks, soot, printers ink, animal and vegetable fats, foods, tar spots, silicon oils, and more. It contains no butyl, phosphates, solvents, or carcinogens and is non-flammable. Additives attack counter organisms that cause odors. INTERCEPT™ is considered non-hazardous by federal DOT and OSHA standards. (Dilute with water to use on polished aluminum.)

USE INSTRUCTIONS:

AUTOMATIC FLOOR SCRUBBING – DILUTE 20 to 1
Dilute product into automatic floor scrubbing equipment soap holding tank. Operate equipment as usual. Pre-soak heavily soiled spots with undiluted product. CONCRETE OIL STAIN REMOVER – DILUTE 20 to 1
Best results are obtained when product is drawn and applied under Hot high pressure. For cold low pressure use, pre-soak stains with concentrated product then pressure rinse.

MOPPING – DILUTE 15 to 1
Add product to a warm bucket of water and mop as usual.

GREASY CARPET CLEANING – Dilute 30 to 1
Dilute product into carpet extraction type equipment, operate as usual. If necessary, pre-spray heavily soiled areas with more concentrated product.
