Newly introduced Mecline VRT3-310EZ  UNLOADER with EZ start is an updated version of the Arrow Line VRT unloader with a stronger valve body with less porosity. The pressure adjustment handle was redesigned for easier operation at all pressure levels.

New Design Features of the VRT3-310EZ  UNLOADER :
• Interior Design – more efficient flow and operation
• Dual Locking Nuts – vibration resistant for setting maximum pressures
• New Spring Material – more resistant to fatigue, powder paint resists rusting
• Piston – large diameter, more strength and contact area for shifting alignment
• Discharge Nipple – sealing o-ring has been moved to the lower part of the thread, increases hydro strength and fitting strength
• Shutter Valve – hex design, less contact area for smooth shifting (prevents binding). larger size, longer life and more positive shifting

This plunger pump will pump up to 2.5 GPM at 2500 PSI. It spins at 3400 RPM in a direct drive system coupled with a gasoline engine. The matching flange provides convenient connection to most 7/8” shaft 1.1 – 5.5 HP engines. The hollow shafted pump includes a built-in pressure control valve, and chemical injection system.

We do not have any mfg cross reference information available. However, RMW pumps fit most vertical engines (pump under the motor) with a 7/8″ straight keyed shaft.

Annovi reverberi Pressure Washer Pump RMW2.5G25D pumps have a standard 22mm-14 twist connect outlet.

Best to choose RMW pump that has same or close to original pumps GPM & PSI. Significant changes to GPM may cause nozzle & motor problems.
