This blog is for the piston repair kit AR2544 also known as AR 2544 from Annovi Reverberi.  This kit is used to repair the pistons on the XM, XMV and XMA series of pumps from AR North America.

  • 3 of part number AR1260110 which is the Nut that measures an M8

Part number 52040009 is a ceramic plunger repair part from General Pumps.  While it is called a kit, it is basically 1 plunger, and you will need to order 1 kit for every plunger your pressure washer pump has damaged.

Annovi Reverberi Unloader VRT3-160 for your Pressure Washer Pump

This is a blog for the Annovi Reverberi Unloader VRT3-160 for your Pressure Washer Pump.  The unloader is a vital piece of equipment to protect you more expensive pump and machine from building up too much pressure.  This item is considered a fail safe and is less costly replace than a blown pump.

The VRT3-160 unloader will replace most unloaders that have a maximum PSI of 2320.  This pressure washer accessory also replaces older units like the AL605Y, AL605 and AL605X all of which are now obsolete.

The specifications of the VRT3-160 are as follows:

  • The unloader has an Over sized handle for easier adjustment.
  • This unit is made with a forged valve body for excellent strength.
  • The VRT3-160 has two inlet ports standard.
  • The item also has two by-pass ports also standard.
  • The unloaders ultra thick inlet and discharge ports are formed for added strength to the units PSI rating.
  • This items color coded springs and caps are done so for easy valve identification.
  • All the ports on the unloader are FNPT.

 

A few more technical specifications of the VRT3-160 unloader are:

• The unloaders internal construction are designed for a more efficient flow and operation.
• A set of dual locking nuts help with vibration resistant for setting maximum pressures of the unit.
• VRT3-160 has newer spring material making it more resistant to fatigue and its powder paint resists rusting.
• The pistons are made of a larger diameter to add more strength and contact area for shifting alignment.
