Cat Pumps 34053 Seal kit for 2SF pumps

The Cat Pumps 34053 Seal kit for 2SF pumps is the most common seal kit for 2SFX and 2SF Pumps that are made by CAT. When there is leaking in your pump the seals are the first thing you should look into. They are the easiest thing to wear but luckily the easiest thing to replace as well.

General Pumps – K04 – KIT 4 – Valve Brass Caps

The General Pumps – K04 – KIT 4 – Valve Brass Caps is one of the most common repair kits made for general pumps. It’s used primarily on the T and TS series of pumps made by general.

This General Pumps – K04 – KIT 4 – Valve Brass Caps come in a kit that has six brass caps that have a part number of 98222000 and six o-rings that are identified as 90384700 and measure .797 X .103. You will need one kit per pump you are trying to repair.

AR Annovi Reverberi R6010A Electric Motor

The AR Annovi Reverberi R6010A Electric Motor is a 1750 rpm, 3 phase unit made to work with most AR pumps. This motor is 7.5 HP with a shaft diameter of 1 – 1/8″ for mounting to your machines. The units connector box is on the top of the motor and it’s construction of anodized metal, makes it strong and able to stand up to chemicals normally used around machines that require a motor.

CAT Pump 7535 Pressure Unloader

The CAT Pump 7535 Pressure Unloader is designed for CAT Pumps that have a maximum flow rate of 21 gpm at a PSI of 4000. The minimum PSI is 800. Then unloader is for a single or multiple pump set up with either a weep or multiple nozzle machine. This unit relays on a 5 to 10% bypass for creation of the optimal unloader performance.

This CAT Pump 7535 Pressure Unloader will maintain the pressure and go into a bypass mode when the trigger of your pressure washers spray gun is released, or if there is some type of external blockage in the downstream of the hose.

The LANDA High Limit Switch 8.712-297.0 is rated for 230 Degrees and has a 42″ wired lead. This pig tailed switch is and OEM from LANDA that will work on most machines it makes, and is easy to install.

This LANDA High Limit Switch 8.712-297.0 runs as the safety device that will shut off your machines burner and in turn prevent water in the unit from over heating and turning into steam. The device will not let the LANDA machine turn back on until the water had cooled to about 50 to 70 degress.

SUTTNER ST-36 SLUDGE PUMP 6.0 KIT, is the perfect item for moving large amounts of slurry or water in a very short period of time. All you have to do is attach a hose from a portable pressure washer or even a car wash bay, and the water that starts flowing through this high pressure nozzle will create a powerful suction that allows for the vacuuming of large amounts of slurry or other liquids.

The SUTTNER ST-36 SLUDGE PUMP 6.0 KIT has a large enough pass through casting that will allow items as large as 3/4″ in diameter to easily pass through to the discharge hose. This unit has a liquid ration movement of about 1 to 11, meaning that if you are using a pump that has a 4 gpm rate, you will create an output of about 44 gpm.
