This CAT Pump 7CP6110 is a triplex [three plunger rods] positive displacement, reciprocating, plunger pump, constructed of a forged brass manifold, 304SS valve assemblies, solid ceramic plungers and standard NBR [Buna-N] seals and o-rings. The RKV3.5G30AD-F24 are constructed of die-cast bodies and feature a forged brass head. Internal components of the RKV3.5G30AD-F24 include special thick solid ceramic plungers for long life and durability. Precision cast cooling fins are anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Oversized tapered roller bearings and the precision supports on the RKV3.5G30AD-F24 assure proper shaft alignment and maximum life. Valve cages of special designed Ultra-Form provide positive seating and extended life. One-piece connecting rods are either a special alloy aluminum or bronze oversized for strength and load disbursement.
