Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer pump

The AR North America RMW2.2G24-ST features a 7/8″ hollow shaft, operates at 3400 RPM, and has a max PSI of 2400. The inlet and outlet tubes are short in this version of the pump. Manifold is made from precision die cast aluminum.

The matching flange on this Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer pump provides convenient connection to most 3/4” shaft 1.1 – 5.5 HP engines. The hollow shafted pump includes a built-in pressure control valve, and chemical injection system.

We do not have any mfg cross reference information available. However, RMW pumps fit most vertical engines (pump under the motor) with a 7/8″ straight keyed shaft.

Special Note: Use AR64545 Oil in this Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer pump. Do NOT change oil. Use oil only to add if low. This oil is a specially formulated synthetic with special additives for the demands of this Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer pump. No other oil is factory approved for these pumps, and could result in Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer pump failure.

All positive displacement Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer plunger pumps must have a safety relief valve installed on the discharge side of the pump, this valve could be either an unloader or regulator and must be of adequate flow and pressure for the pump. (This Annovi reverberi RMW2.2G24-ST pressure washer pump has an unloader already built in).  Adequate protective guards must cover all moving parts. Perform routine maintenance on the pump and components.  Use only components that are rated for the flow and pressure of the pump, this would include hose, fittings, safety valves, spray guns etc.

The 22050A ACCUMULATOR Installs on the inlet of pump to extend pump and system life by reducing pulsations. The 22050A ACCUMULATOR is to be pre-charged with nitrolgen to one-half the system operating pressure.  Do not pre-charge the 22050A ACCUMULATOR beyond the rated system operating pressure.

It is recommended that the Giant Stainless Steel 22050A ACCUMULATOR be mounted pointing down as a safety precaution.This procedure allows the 22050A ACCUMULATOR to remain cooler during system operation and prolongs the effective operating life of the accumulator bladder.  Shelf life of the nitrogen pre-charge of the 22050A ACCUMULATOR is approximately six months before re-charging is necessary.  It is recommended the nitrogen pre-charge be checked approximately every three months after installation in a pressure system.

AR (Annovi Reverberi)  XTA2G22N pressure washer pumps are designed for a wide variety of moderate pressure washing applications. This AR (Annovi Reverberi)  XTA2G22N pressure washer pump is constructed with die-cast bodies and feature a brass head. Internal components of the AR (Annovi Reverberi)  XTA2G22N pressure washer pump include special thick solid ceramic plungers for long life and durability. Precision cast cooling fins are anodized for maximum heat dissipation. Oversized needle bearing on the drive sides and ball bearings on the non-drive side assure proper shaft alignment and maximum life. Valve cages of special designed Ultra-Form impervious to water absorption provide positive seating and extended life. One-piece connecting rods are either a special alloy aluminum or bronze at higher pressures, oversized for strength and load disbursement.

  • – Support Guides: Machined brass one-piece construction to assure proper plunger alignment and to maximize packing and seal life.
  • – Plungers: Are a special aluminum oxide blend, solid ceramic for long life, strong durability and more resilient.
  • Bearings: Oversized for maximum life and load disbursement, two ball bearings on the solid shaft series and a needle bearing on the drive side and ball on the non-drive side for the hollow shaft series. Each bearing is held in position on the crankshaft and crankcase by snap rings. This assures positive alignment and centering of the connecting rods and crankshaft in relation to the crankcase, it also eliminates the crankshaft from floating.
  • Crankcase of the XTA2G22N has: Precision die-cast, large cooling fins and anodized (for maximum heat dissipation).
  • Rear Cover of the XTA2G22N: Precision die-cast, precision punched gasket sealed and bayonet style sight glass for positive sealing and locking (no threads to loosen).
  • Plunger Rods in the the XTA2G22N have: Stainless steel construction for strength (no plating to scrape off). O-ring plunger sealing system.
  • Rod Pins: Precision ground and hardened steel, oversized for load disbursement.
  • Connection Rods of the XTA2G22N are: One piece special alloy aluminum based and bronze, oversized for maximum strength, load disbursement, and life. Heavy pin area construction, for added load strength.
  • Crankshaft for the XTA2G22N: Forged one-piece, precision ground and hardened for extremely long life and durability.
  • Oil Seals and O-rings: All XTA2G22N are constructed of Buna-N rubber. The O-rings have stainless steel garder springs to assure constant tension on the sealing surface.

This AR (Annovi Reverberi)  XJV-E22G24D-F7 Pressure Washer Pump is designed for medium duty loads. The AR (Annovi Reverberi)  XJV-E22G24D-F7 Pressure Washer Pump spins at 3400 RPM in a direct drive system coupled with a gasoline engine, the matching flange provides convenient connections to most 3/4” shaft 3.5 – 6.5 HP engines. The AR (Annovi Reverberi)  XJV-E22G24D-F7 Pressure Washer Pump has optional vertical and horizontal setups. Precision die-cast crankcase with large cooling fins for maximum heat dissipation. Seals and V-Packings designed to continuously lubricate for extended life. Built-in unloader to optimize performance while reducing setup time.
