The General Pumps – K04 – KIT 4 – Valve Brass Caps is one of the most common repair kits made for general pumps.  It’s used primarily on the T and TS series of pumps made by general.

This General Pumps – K04 – KIT 4 – Valve Brass Caps come in a kit that has six brass caps that have a part number of 98222000 and six o-rings that are identified as 90384700 and measure .797 X .103. You will need one kit per pump you are trying to repair.

General Pumps TC1802E175 replacement pump

General Pumps TC1802E175 is a replacement pump for your pressure washer that requires a flow rate of 0.50 gallons per minute and a maximum pressure rating of 1500 PSI.

The TC1802E175 pump is a bit more expensive than other pumps with the same flow rate and PSI, but it is made by general pumps and will last a lot longer with less repairs and downtime for your business.

K06 also known as General Pumps kit 6 is the complete piston and bolt assembly repair kit for most general pumps on the market today, used on a host of top of the line pressure washers. If you pressure washer is running a general pump, odds are this is the piston bolt kit you need to fix it.

The K06 repair kit contains everything you need to repair three cylinders on your general pressure washer pump.

General Pumps – PULSAR4KHPEZ – UNLOADER

Part # PULSAR4KHPEZ is a General Pumps unloader replacement part that is used on pumps for your pressure washer that require 10.5 gallon per minute flow rate with a maximum pressure rating of 4500 PSI.

This unloader PULSAR4KHPEZ is a trapped pressure type unit, that is used on most General Pumps and pressure washers that use these types of pumps.  It is a blue spring type in the PULSAR4 series and comes standard with and EZ start knob and valve.

This PULSAR4KHPEZ unloader has the following specifications:

  • The maximum GPM is rated at 10.5 GPM.
  • The unloader is Rated at 4050 PSI.

General Pumps Oil Seal Kit K03 – also called Kit 3 Shaft Guide‎

K03 – Kit 3 from General pump is the shaft guide oil seal kit, that is used on most general pumps for repairing shaft seals of your pressure washers general pump.  It is one of the more common repair parts / kits and is very do it yourself friendly.

This oil seal K03 – Kit 3 contains two pieces in it for this repair that measure 30 x 55 x 7 mm.  Only one is needed for the shaft.
